Salobreña: Beautiful, comfortable villa "Magdalena". 6 km from the centre of Salobreña, 6 km from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 31. Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, terrace, garden furniture, children's playground. Private: swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Single garage space n 2. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 6 km. Sports harbour 22 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Cuevas de Nerja, Acantilados de Maro, Aquavelis, Castillo Salobreña, Acuario Almuñecar. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda, Sierra Almijara. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Fantastic villa, very private, just 5 minutes drive from center of Salobreña and less than one hr from Málaga´s airport. Lovely complex with free padel court, tenis court, comunity pool, futbol pitch and restaurant.
