In the resort 1 km from the centre of Sant Antoni de Calonge, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 800 m from the sea. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 31. Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Girona" 45 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 800 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 4 km, minigolf 4 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Palamós - Centro, puerto y playa 2 km, Camí de Ronda - Calas Preciosas 3 km, Water Park Aquadiver 5 km, Via ferrata Cala del Molí 17 km, Peratallada - Pueblo medieval 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
