On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Torredembarra, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, traffic calmed area, 30 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 3 m, 20 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 30. Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery, supermarket 600 m, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant 400 m, bar, bakery 1 km, pedestrian zone 600 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Renfe Torredembarra" 1.5 km, sandy beach 600 m. Sports harbour 500 m, marina 500 m, tennis 2 km, riding stable 2 km, sports centre 2 km, walking paths from the house 5 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura / Ferrari Land, Jungle Trek. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
