In a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: swimming pool angular (10 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-14:00 and 16:00-22:00) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage space n 1. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Vinaròs - Calle 29 Septiembre" 2.7 km, railway station "Vinaròs" 4.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Peñiscola 25 km, Golf Panorámica 15 km, Delta del Ebro 30 km, Museo de las Ciencias - Valencia 120 km. Hiking paths: Sierra de Irta 25 km, Foradada 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
