Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Nancroix, between serenity, nature and avanture, this chalet enjoys an ideal location, offering privileged access to both winter and summer pleasures.
This 150m2 quiet standing chalet has 3 levels and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The stay
A warm, spacious, authentic living room, all comfort with a fireplace (wood provided).
A balcony and a terrace with panoramic views.

Sleeping
4 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 cm.
A 5th bedroom with a double bed 160cm and a pull-out bed set (could form a double bed 160cm).

The kitchen
It is equipped with an open bar on the dining area. You will find induction plates, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.

Health
At your disposal 5 bathrooms with bathtub, 4 toilets including 1 separate.

Complementary equipment
A TV in each room, WIFI access, a TV decoder (cable, satellite), a washing machine, a dryer, a cot, a ski room with dry shoes and a private parking space.

Easy Emile! Once on site if you change your mind, let them know at the reception. Go to your travel account in the "My upcoming stays" tab, click on the "Enable Satisfied or Refunded Warranty" button, and let yourself be guided to complete the form. It is imperative that you have visited the holiday place and returned the keys within the day of your arrival (before the reception or agency closes). Please be aware that no applications can be registered by telephone. This guarantee is not retroactive and invalid on stays booked before 20/10/2025.

What's great is that precisely you don't even need to give proofs, only the form with the certificate on the honor of your departure (our teams then check everything with the supplier).

The Satisfied or Refunded Warranty applies to all accommodation reservations made on maeva.com from October 20, 2025, for stays in France and abroad.

If your accommodation does not satisfy you upon arrival, you can get a full refund of the amount of your accommodation, excluding insurance, service fees, tourist tax and options (linge, cleaning, ski equipment, etc.).

To benefit from it, you must report your dissatisfaction at the reception on the day of your arrival, return the keys to the accommodation, and then activate the guarantee from your Travel Account > My next stay, within 2 days of the start of the stay. No justification is required: a simple certificate on the honour of your departure is sufficient. Requests must be made online and cannot be processed by telephone.
