Paradiski foot of the vallandry slopes
This small residence is located on the edge of slopes (start and return skis to the feet). It consists of 4 floors with elevator and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path close to the building allows to reach the centre station is shops in 5 minutes walk. There is also a shuttle stop near the residence. There is a 5-minute parking space. There is also a shuttle stop near the residence. Garage car in the residence.

Rented for 9 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), a dorm room with 5 single beds, a bathroom, a shower room and 1 separate toilet, an open kitchen on the dining area and a cosy and comfortable living room (no sleeping). You have a garage in the residence.
The apartment is facing South and has a furnished terrace (table + chairs) so you can enjoy your stay and a beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif.
Equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, traditional oven, induction plates.Television. Garage. Rented with a ski locker located on level 1, exited directly on the slopes.
Sleeps: 2 double beds, 5 single beds.
Sanitary: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.
Practice: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.
End-of-stay household not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be undone correctly with the folded duvets and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.

It is imperative that you have visited the holiday place and returned the keys within the day of your arrival (before the reception or agency closes). Please be aware that no applications can be registered by telephone. This guarantee is not retroactive and invalid on stays booked before 20/10/2025.
What's great is that precisely you don't even need to give proofs, only the form with the certificate on the honor of your departure (our teams then check everything with the supplier).
The Satisfied or Refunded Warranty applies to all accommodation reservations made on maeva.com from October 20, 2025, for stays in France and abroad.
If your accommodation does not satisfy you upon arrival, you can get a full refund of the amount of your accommodation, excluding insurance, service fees, tourist tax and options (linge, cleaning, ski equipment, etc.).
To benefit from it, you must report your dissatisfaction at the reception on the day of your arrival, return the keys to the accommodation, and then activate the guarantee from your Travel Account > My next stay, within 2 days of the start of the stay. No justification is required: a simple certificate on the honour of your departure is sufficient. Requests must be made online and cannot be processed by telephone.
