In the resort 5 km from the centre of San Felice Circeo, in an elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in the woods. Private: park (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 3 km, rocky beach "privata" 100 m. Nearby attractions: Grotta Guattari 3 km, Torre Cervia 500 m, Sabaudia 6 km, Sperlonga 40 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The Satisfied or Refunded Warranty applies to all accommodation reservations made on maeva.com from October 20, 2025, for stays in France and abroad.

If your accommodation does not satisfy you upon arrival, you can get a full refund of the amount of your accommodation, excluding insurance, service fees, tourist tax and options (linge, cleaning, ski equipment, etc.).

To benefit from it, you must report your dissatisfaction at the reception on the day of your arrival, return the keys to the accommodation, and then activate the guarantee from your Travel Account > My next stay, within 2 days of the start of the stay. No justification is required: a simple certificate on the honour of your departure is sufficient. Requests must be made online and cannot be processed by telephone.
