Luxury residence, between town and lake, and close to a wandering garden.
Ideally located near the LAKE, 2.5 km from the Casino and the Tourist Office, 3 km from the Valvital Thermal Baths, 25 km from Mont REVARD. (C8 on the map)
It consists of 4 floors with elevator. The building is opened with a Vigik. Access to the parking lot is done with a remote control or code
Bicycle storage located on the ground floor. The residence has a tennis court common to all the residences in Mémard Bay.
Its location will allow you to combine business with pleasure. 5 minutes by car from the city center for shops and 5 minutes on foot from the large port. It will depend on your mood to choose a getaway by the water or an outing along the streets of the city's historic districts.
