Residence "La Kamarina", 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. 3 km from the centre of Sanary, on the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Bandol, in a quiet position, at the seaside, direct access to the beach, south-west facing position. Parking space n 12. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 20 m (small). Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 10 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume,Sainte Victoire,Calanque, Cassis,Porquerolles,Ile verte,Embiez. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, 5 km. The residence is located on the seafront. Access to the small beach is via a private path with many steps. Attention vehicle height limited to 2.20m to access the residence., The facade of the residence was renovated in 2023.
