The new Residence Les Chalets d'Emeraude**** is located in Les Saisies at an altitude of 1650m.
The Col des Saisies, a passage between the Beaufortin valley and the Val d'Arly, benefits from a privileged site in Savoie-Mont-Blanc. Olympic station in 1992 and preserved site, it offers a beautiful panorama of Mont-Blanc.
The proximity to the roof of Europe guarantees exceptional, high-quality snow.
This new residence is located between 500m and 600m from the ski lifts and 600m from the center of the resort .
It consists of 96 apartments distributed in 5 chalets of 3 floors each, with elevator.
Swimming pool and wellness area:
After your day of skiing, you can relax and unwind in the residence with:
* an indoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub , with free access,
* a sauna and hammam : €10 per session, €45 for 5 sessions
Free: one sauna or hammam session per apartment per week.

- Paris, Mâcon, Bellegarde, Les Saisies: take the A6 motorway, then the A40 motorway from Mâcon or Bourg-en-Bresse to Sallanches.
In Sallanches follow the N12 towards Megève. Between Praz sur Arly and Flumet take the D218 on your left (direction Les Saisies).
- Belgium, Lille, Les Saisies: on French territory take the A1 motorway, then the A26 motorway and finally the A4 motorway. Then follow the A26 motorway, then the A5 and the A31. At Dijon, take the A39 motorway. Near Dole continue on the A40 motorway to Sallanches. Between Praz sur Arly and Flumet take the D218 on your left (direction Les Saisies).
Train
Direct trains from Paris: TGV Paris - Albertville: approximately 3h40.
A coach service provides connections to the arrival of the main trains at Albertville station (journey time: approximately 1h30).
Please note: There is no shuttle between the Sallanches SNCF station and the Saisies station.
If you still decide to arrive in Sallanches, you will need to call a taxi or rent a vehicle to reach our station.
