Grocery 110 m, restaurant 140 m, bakery 130 m, bus stop "Bourg de Ste Marie" 300 m, railway station "Pornic" 4 km, sandy beach "Plage de Montbeau" 290 m (small), thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 4.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 230 m, cycle lane 30 m. Nearby attractions: Visite de la faïencerie 3 km, Pornic Aventure 5 km, Biscuiterie Galettes Saint Michel 8 km, Légendia Parc 21 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 51 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 62 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 21 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 250 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 5 km.
