At 7, Boulevard de Russia in Aix les Bains
Building from 1981, in good condition, a stone's throw from the station, noisy area because it is close to SNCF.
It is located 700 m from the Tourist Office, 600 m from the Casino, 1.2 km from the Chevalley Thermal Baths, 2.5 km from the Lake and 20 km from Mont Revard (J7 on the map)
It consists of 4 floors with elevator. Opening is done with a key or intercom. Access to the basement of the garages is done using a key in order to use the car elevator.
Very close to the city center, a bus stop at the foot of the building and the green park a few minutes' walk away, for an easy stay
