Large, modern residence "Odalys - Le Panoramic", 8 storeys, built in 2014. 56 apartments in the residence. In the district of Flaine Forêt 28 km from the centre of Cluses, in a central position, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 8 m, depth 85 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jul. - 31. Aug.). In the complex: reception, sauna (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Communal covered parking (extra) at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 205 cm. Shop 100 m, grocery, restaurant, bar, railway station "Cluses" 28.5 km. Walking paths from the house, chair lift 20 m, slopes 20 m, ski rental 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Le Grand Massif. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.
