Apartment block "Le Saint Gilles", 2 storeys. 6 apartments in the residence. In the centre of Pornic, in an elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 200 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, south-east facing position. Public parking 160 m. Shop 150 m, grocery 60 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 150 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Centre-ville" 150 m, railway station "Gare de Pornic" 600 m, sandy beach "Plage du Chateau" 400 m (small), thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 1.3 km. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Marché des Halles de Pornic 100 m, Port de Pornic 200 m, Château de Pornic 300 m, La Bernerie en Retz 6 km, Nantes 45 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 59 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 22 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 300 m.
