It is located 600 m from the Thermes Chevalley, 2.8 km from the Thermes de Marlioz, 3.5 km from Lac du Bourget, 300 m from the Tourist Office and 1 km from the train station (I4 on the map)
It consists of 4 floors with elevator. Access to the co-ownership car parks is via a digital code. The opening of the building is secured by a digital code and a key. Access to the elevator is via a staircase (6 steps)
