Very beautiful residence "Le Vallon". In the centre of Sainte Marie Sur Mer, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (11 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 06. Jun. - 12. Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-22:00). Outdoor shower, table tennis, boccia. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking. Grocery 350 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bakery, café 350 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Bourg Sainte Marie" 350 m, railway station "Pornic" 2 km, sandy beach "Plage Notre Dame" 100 m, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 3 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, minigolf 1 km. Nearby attractions: Bourg Sainte Marie sur Mer 300 m, Port de Pornic 2 km, La Bernerie en Retz 11 km, Nantes 48 km, La Baule 48 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 62 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 25 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 50 m. Guarded residence. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 7 km.
