Residence Les Alpages – Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe
The residence Les Alpages consists of 6 buildings ideally located in the heart of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, in the Alps. Located at the foot of the slopes of the Espace Diamant, it enjoys a privileged location, just 50 meters from the ski school.
In the heart of the Espace Diamant, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe seduces with its authenticity and warm atmosphere. The station offers access to 192 km of connected tracks, serving Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Seizies and Hauteluce. With its varied slopes, the area is suitable for both beginner and more experienced skiers, in an exceptional natural setting.
A location in the heart of the village
The NDB 1150 area, the true heart of the resort, allows you to fully enjoy the life of the village. Shops, restaurants, entertainment and services are easily accessible on foot, offering a convenient and friendly stay in a typical Savoyard environment.
Swimming pool and tennis: a real plus for your stay
In summer, the residence Les Alpages reveals all its assets with its private leisure facilities, accessible to residents.
Enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, ideal for refreshing, relaxing and sharing moments of family conviviality after a day of hiking or mountain biking. For sports enthusiasts, a private tennis court is also available, allowing to extend the outdoor days in a privileged Alpine setting.
Please note: in accordance with the rules of the swimming pool, shorts are prohibited.

Many hiking trails and mountain bike routes are accessible in the immediate vicinity of the residence. The Mont Rond chairlift, opened several days a week in the summer season, allows you to climb up and discover magnificent views of the surrounding peaks, including stunning views of Mont Blanc.
