Recent building of very good standing on the banks of Lake Bourget, in an ideal setting for an exotic stay.
It is located at the Petit Port, 2.5 km from the Tourist Office and the Casino, 3 km from the Chevalley Thermal Baths, 23 km from Mont Revard. (E9 on the map)
It consists of floors with elevator. Opening is secured with vigik or key and intercom. Access to the residence and its parking lots is via a remote control.
Tennis court shared by the residence.
Bus line no. 1 located at the foot of the street will take you into town.
Its location will give way to daydreaming and early evening strolls to enjoy this enchanting setting. You can then admire the Dent du Chat plunging into the lake.
