In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakery, café 700 m, bicycle rental 1.2 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Thalasso" 100 m, railway station "Pornic" 900 m, sandy beach "La Source" 175 m, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 150 m. Sports harbour 900 m, golf course (18 hole) 3 km, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Port de Pornic 900 m, La Bernerie en Retz 6 km, La Baule 46 km, Nantes 49 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 58 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 21 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 100 m. Residence with electric gates.
