For shared use: natural state property, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, volleyball court, children's playground. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Bombannes" 2.1 km, sandy beach "Carcans-Plage" 4 km, lake de Maubuisson 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, sailing school 1.3 km, tennis 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pilat 65 km, Saint Emilion 100 km, Bordeaux 60 km, Cap Ferret 65 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Moutchic 14 km, Maubuisson 1.5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Lacanau, 14 km.
