Description of the residence
The Sea & Golf Residence Fort Socoa***is located at the edge of the Untxin River, at the end of the Baie de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. You will find Socoa's sandy beach and shops just 400m away. You can take a tour in the city centre which is only 3.5km away.
The residence has an outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool open in summer, bicycle and windsurfing facilities. For leisure, you will find on site a games room with billiards and table football (paying) and an outdoor table tennis table (shoes and balls loan).
The residence is located close to many activities such as an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a thalassotherapy centre, the possibility to practice surfing... At 20m from the Residence you will find a children's playground and a healthy path.
