Cosy apartment house 1'050 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at 20 m. Shop 1 km, grocery, supermarket 750 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Flims, Vallorca" 50 m, bathing lake "Caumasee" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, ski lift 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski rental 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Nearby attractions: Ruinaulta/Rheinschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims/Laax/Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Unesco Welterbe Sardona. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
