Beautiful residence "Résidence des Golfeurs", 7 storeys. In the district of, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Mandelieu La Napoule, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 15. Sep.). In the complex: lift. Grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Christophe Colomb" 200 m, sandy beach "Robinson" 1.5 km. Marina 400 m, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 9 km, Antibes 25 km, Nice 38 km, Monaco 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 28 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 13 km. A8 motorway, exit 40 “Mandelieu”. When leaving the motorway, follow the direction of Cannes-Grasse. Go through the traffic light (opposite the gas station) and when arriving at the roundabout, take the direction of Grasse (Avenue des Anciens Combattants). Walk past the sports hall and stadium on your right. At the traffic lights, the entrance to the residence is on the left. Dial the code for the barrier, and go left, travel almost 1 km on this road. The reception is on your right at the first bend, between the hairdresser and the beautician.
