Important information – Temporary closure of Saint Goustan residence
The residence Saint Goustan in the Croisic takes the time to renewto welcome you better!
The renovation works will take place from 13 September 2025 to the end of June 2026, period during which the residence will not be accessible for rental.
This break will allow you to offer an even more pleasant setting, for an ever more comfortable stay, in July 2026.

North-West Pointe du Croisic you will find Residence Saint Goustan, ideal to pass from pleasant holiday in Loire-Atlantique. Its direct access to the beach and its proximity to shops and the port will allow you to fully enjoy your stay with family or friends.
On site you will be accommodated in apartments in quiet and comfortable, with or without balcony. Guests have free access to the residence's outdoor pool. If you wish, you can easily discover other activities outside the residence: sailing, riding, golf, cycling...
Easily accessible by train thanks to the nearby Croisic station, it is an ideal destination for a stay without a car.
To top it all, the residence gives direct access to the beach. We take a private gate to the residence Saint Goustan that overlooks the sand and the sea. The residence is built to the sea. Board games are available on loan at Maeva Home.
Be aware that a media library is accessible on foot for all holidaymakers (consultation of all newspapers and magazines, police novels, on-site scientific journals with free access). Free WIFI connection from the media library.
You will enjoy:
- Its outdoor pool (open from mid-May to mid-September, from 9.30am to 8pm daily - subject to modifications)
- Its proximity to the beaches and the seaside resort of La Baule.
- The landscapes and natural diversity of the region.
