Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Sonnenseite", renovated in 2024, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a quiet position, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 4 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. Private: terraced garden, 20 m2. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Bread roll service. 300 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop "Kappl Holdernach Siedlung" 900 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 18.8 km, bathing lake "See" 6 km. Skisport facilities 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski rental 4 km, ski bus stop 850 m, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, ski-kindergarten 4 km, sled run 4 km. Nearby attractions: Silvretta Hochalpenstraße 24 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl 12 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 41 km, St. Anton 32 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee See 6 km. Hiking paths: Kappl 10 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
