Small apartment house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Pornic, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Public parking 150 m. Shop 70 m, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 70 m, bicycle rental 750 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gare de Pornic" 700 m, railway station "Pornic" 700 m, sandy beach "Plage du Chateau" 300 m (small), thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & SPA" 1.6 km. Sports harbour 250 m, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, sailing school 300 m, minigolf 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Les Halles 50 m, Faiencerie de Pornic 400 m, Pornic Aventure - Accrobranche 1.7 km, Legendia Parc 17 km, Nantes 48 km, La Baule 42 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 3 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 3 km.
