For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Private: well-kept garden with lawn 200 m2 wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 800 m, grocery 900 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bakery, café 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Centre Tregunc" 6 km, sandy beach "Plage de Tahiti" 4 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Concarneau" 15 km. Marina 14 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 4.6 km, sailing school 6 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
