In the district of Llobregat 2.5 km from the centre of Empuriabrava, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 1.7 km from the sea, 1.7 km from the beach, directly by the canal. Private: swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 2.7 km, bus stop "Empuriabrava" 2 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 15 km, sandy beach "La Rubina" 1.7 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 2.7 km, sailing school 2.7 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 1.4 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 25 m. Nearby attractions: Centro paracaidismo y túnel del viento 1 km, Parque Acuático Roses 6 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 15 km, Castillo de Perelada 12 km, Ruïnas de St. Martí de Empúries 21 km, Cadaques y Cap de Creus 21 km. Please note: no lift. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Empuriabrava. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
