Beautiful villa "Vista Xalo", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Jalon, 17 km from the centre of Calpe, 20 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, barbecue. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 18 km. Sports harbour 18 km, marina 18 km, golf course (12 hole) 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
