Description of the establishment
Large, rustic, historical single-family house "Can Toni", surrounded by trees and fields. In the resort Mancor de la Vall, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 30 km from the sea, 30 km from the beach. Private: natural state property, natural garden, orchard, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01. Apr. - 31. Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 150 m, shopping centre, bar, bakery, pub garden 100 m, bus stop "Mancor de La Vall" 250 m, sandy beach "Puerto Alcudia" 31 km, shingle beach "Alcanada" 31 km. Nearby attractions: Bodega Sa Tafona de Caimari 4 km, Santa Llucia ruta familiar 250 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Embalse de Cúber 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request (included). Object suitable for 10 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Motorway 11 km from the property. Airfield 42 km from the property.
