Very large, modern villa "Vistamar", 3 storeys, detached. In the district of Sant Agustí - Cala Major, outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Palma, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 50 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket, shopping centre 4.6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 700 m, bicycle rental 1.3 km, pub garden 700 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "1332-Noruega Bus Stop" 50 m, railway station "Plaza España, Palma" 7.1 km, ferry "Puerto de Palma" 5 km, sandy beach "Cala Major" 1.1 km, rocky beach 950 m. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Centro Palma Ciudad 7 km, Portals Nous 5.1 km, Port Andratx 23.6 km, Playa Es Trenc 51 km, Valldemossa 21 km, Santuario de Lluc 50.6 km. Hiking paths: Serra de Tramuntana, Serra de Na Burguesa 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 16.1 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
