Urb. Pinemar: House "Estiu". In the resort 1.2 km from the centre of de la ciudad, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, located by a road, south-east facing position. Private: garden 100 m2 with lawn 40 m2 wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Martí Alsina - Renoir" 200 m, railway station "Pineda de Mar" 2 km, sandy beach 2 km. Tennis 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

From France, take the A9 motorway to the Spanish border, then follow the AP-7 towards Barcelona. Take exit 122 or 124 to reach C-32, which leads directly to Pineda de Mar. N-II is also a pleasant coastal alternative.

Pineda de Mar has a train station on line C-1 of Rodalies de Catalunya, connecting Barcelona to Maçanet-Massanes. From Paris, take a TGV to Barcelona-Sants, then a regional train to Pineda de Mar. The journey from Barcelona takes approximately 1 h 15.
ADVION:
Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO): about 31 km away.
Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN): about 63 km.
From these airports, shuttle, bus or car rental services can reach Pineda de Mar.
