Large, rustic farm estate "Ca na Canta", 2 storeys, semi-detached. Outside the resort, 700 m from the centre of Pollença, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 2 km from the edge of the forest, 7 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced), small garden 15 m2 lawn, orchard 2'000 m2, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, 32 m2, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Mar. - 30. Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 1.8 km, restaurant 650 m, bar 600 m, bakery 900 m, 18 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Pont Romà 1 (42045)" 500 m, sandy beach "Port de Pollença" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 4.2 km, riding stable 2 km, sports centre 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Playa de Formentor 14 km, Pueblos:Port Pollença, Alcúdia, Sa Pobla, Monasterio de Lluc 21 km, Cuevas de Campanet 17 km, Bodega Can Axartell 9 km, Palma City 54 km. Hiking paths: Puig de Maria, Serra de Tramuntana, Cala Boquer. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 60 km from the property.
