Old, historical farm estate "Hacienda Virgen de las Angustias", from the 19th century. In the district of Vera Playa, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (13 x 5 m, depth 120 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar, café 600 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Quitapellejos" 600 m. Cycle lane 600 m. Nearby attractions: Almería 90 km, Cabo de Gata 90 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. On the estate animal husbandry.
