For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 7 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 200 m. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Camí de Ronda - Calas Preciosas 200 m, Parque Acuatico Aquadiver 1 km, Puerto deportivo 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
