For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-22:00). Communal covered parking. Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop "Moventis estació bus" 750 m, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 21 km, sandy beach "Roses" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava Roses 4 km, Skydive y túnel del viento Empuriabrava 9 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 22 km, Castillo y casino de Perelada 22 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 21 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Roses.
