For shared use: property (fenced), 3 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra). In the house: reception, lift. Public car park at 20 m. Shop 50 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, internet café, pedestrian zone 50 m, bus stop "Autobus Local" 20 m, railway station 5.1 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Fosssa" 20 m.
