Playa de la Fossa: Apartment block "Voramar", 15 storeys. 1.8 km from the centre of Calpe, in a busy, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), garden, 3 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01. May. - 31. Oct.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: lift. Supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bar 100 m, pub garden 10 m, bus stop, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 10 m. Sports harbour, marina 350 m, golf course (9 hole) 10.5 km, surf school, sailing school. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Terra Mítica, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.
