Cubelles: Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Xaloc". In a quiet position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking space n 18. Shop 200 m, supermarket 230 m, restaurant 75 m, bar 100 m, bakery 250 m, café 230 m, bus stop "Gavies" 1 km, railway station "Cubelles" 550 m, sandy beach "Platja de Cubelles" 220 m. Sports harbour 7 km, marina 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 500 m, tennis 600 m, sports centre 1 km. Nearby attractions: Cubelles parque Natural Foix 1.3 km, Altafulla 30 km, Tarragona 40 km, Barcelona 50 km. Hiking paths: Camino rural 2 km, Park Boscós 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
