Apartment block "Xaloc", 3 storeys. In a central position, 160 m from the sea, 160 m from the beach. Supermarket 180 m, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 150 m, bus stop "Calonge C/Vermell - Av.Unió" 300 m, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Platja de Torre Valentina" 160 m, park "Parc infantil Plaça Otívar" 180 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, minigolf 7 km. Nearby attractions: Mercado Semanal (miércoles) 10 m, Camí de Ronda - Calas Preciosas 2 km, Museo de la Pesca - Palamós 3 km, Water Park Aquadiver 5 km, Avenida de Tiendas - Platja d'Aro 6 km, Peratallada - Pueblo medieval 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
