Gryon - Les Pars 1 km from Gryon: Modern, beautiful, cosy chalet "Chalet les Pars", 3 storeys. In a quiet position on a slope, south facing position. Private: natural state property. Children's playground. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. 50 m long steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Route des Pars (sur demande)" 100 m, railway station "Barboleuse" 1.5 km, thermal baths 22 km. Minigolf 1.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region Alpes des chaux.
