Rustic, comfortable chalet "Spunda Biala", 1'100 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1987, renovated in 2016. In the district of Murschetg, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 400 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars), communal covered parking at the house. Dimension: height 190 cm. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m, bathing lake 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 600 m, cable car, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 400 m, sled run 250 m, cross country ski track 3 km, ice rink 1.5 km, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee 4 km, Crestasee 8 km. Hiking paths: UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona.
