Falera 2 km from Laax: Beautiful, rustic chalet "Chistiala Dadens", 1'200 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. E-charging station. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Ilanz" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Laaxersee" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, cable car 4 km, ski lift, chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km, children's playground 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena 500 m. Charging station for e-cars in the garage.
