Beautiful chalet "Sept", 2 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 350 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, skisport facilities 600 m, ice rink 1.2 km, children's playground 1.4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 600 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Nendaz is located 15 km from a motorway exit, just a 20-minute drive from the town of Sion. Take the A9 motorway to the Sion-Ouest/Nendaz exit. The direction \"Nendaz\" is then indicated on the road signs.
There are no tolls on motorways in Switzerland. To travel on the motorway, only a sticker, at a single price of CHF 40.-, is required.
