Large, beautiful chalet "Arvine", 3 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 550 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 400 m, railway station "Sion" 16.6 km, thermal baths "Spa des Bisses" 1.1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 1.7 km, gondola lift 750 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 1.2 km, children's playground 1.4 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km, Via Ferrata de Nax 25 km, Flowtrail Tracouet - Bike Track 750 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 750 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac souterrain de St-Léonard 23 km. Hiking paths: Bisse vieux 500 m, Bisse du Milieu 550 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Nendaz is located 15 km from a motorway exit, just a 20-minute drive from the town of Sion. Take the A9 motorway to the Sion-Ouest/Nendaz exit. The direction \"Nendaz\" is then indicated on the road signs.
There are no tolls on motorways in Switzerland. To travel on the motorway, only a sticker, at a single price of CHF 40.-, is required.
