Large, beautiful chalet "Le Grillon", 3 storeys, built in 2010. In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small, well-kept garden. Hot tub. In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars). Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bakery 700 m, bicycle rental 400 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz Poste" 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 150 m, walking paths from the house 5 m, gondola lift 900 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 400 m, children's playground 250 m. Nearby attractions: piste de luge pour enfants 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 900 m. Hiking paths: bisse du milieu 700 m. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées.

There are no tolls on motorways in Switzerland. To travel on the motorway, only a sticker, at a single price of CHF 40.-, is required.
