Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Banksia", 3 storeys, built in 2013. 2 apartments in the residence. In the district of Pré Ruffin, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: property 1'100 m2. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant, bar 150 m, bakery 200 m, café, bicycle rental 150 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ovronnaz Centre" 260 m, railway station "Riddes" 11.1 km, thermal baths 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 950 m, ski rental, ski bus stop, ski school 170 m, ski-kindergarten 650 m, cross country ski track 1.4 km. Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
