In the resort, 1.1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, south facing position. Private: garden with lawn 1'100 m2 wildlife garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, table football, storage room for skis, central heating system. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.2 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bakery 1.2 km, 9 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Villars-Bretaye" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km.
