Beautiful apartment house "Chalet Perle". In the district of Wasserbühlen, 900 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. Private: terrace (80 m2), garden furniture. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking space n A/EG. Dimension: height 230 cm width 350 cm. Grocery, shopping centre, restaurant 900 m, bar 800 m, bakery 1 km, bicycle rental 1.3 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wasserbühlen" 20 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 3.5 km, minigolf 1.2 km, sports centre, mountain railway, gondola lift, ski rental 900 m, ski bus stop 20 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

From Basel to Interlaken East and from there directly into the region. Coming from Zurich and Geneva, you will have to change trains in Bern. A train leaves every half hour.
By plane
Bern-Belp airport 70km, Basel-Mulhouse 175km.
