Apartment house "Chesa Clüs", detached. On the outskirts Zuoz, in a sunny position in the residential district, 17 km from the lake. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra) (for shared use), drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, café 450 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop, railway station 200 m, indoor swimming pool 18 km, lake St. Moritz 17 km. Golf course (18 hole) 300 m, surf school 23 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 200 m, children's ski school 700 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Nearby attractions: Nationalparkzentrum Zernez 17 km, Cafe Badilatti 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zuoz 800 m, Corviglia St. Moritz/Celerina 15 km, Diavolezza - Lagalb 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritz 15 km, Silvaplana See 23 km, Silser See 29 km. Hiking paths: Schweizer Nationalpark, Muottas Murgal. Please note: no lift. By car
From Zurich, take the A13 motorway to Chur and then Thusis. Exit 22 towards Thusis-Süd and continue until Silvaplana via the Julier pass.
From Milan, go up to Chiavenna via SS37 and follow Route 3 to Silvaplana.
By train
Take the SBB (Federal Iron Chemins) to Chur, then the RhB (Rhetics Iron Chemin) correspondence. With its yaw tunnels and vertiginous viaducts, the railway line crossing the Albula valley to reach Engadin is one of the most picturesque and interesting in Europe. In addition, it has been part of UNESCO's World Heritage since July 2008, along with the Bernina Line.
